The statement (supplemented) submitted on October 19, 2015 to Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Astana by Astana su arnasy SIC of Akimat of Astana, received by the Company on November 23, 2015 for the recovery of KZT101,193,724 (one hundred one million one hundred ninety three thousand seven hundred twenty four).
