ALMA-TV LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "in accordance with the decision of the sole partner of ALMA-TV LLP of November 13, 2015 conclusion of AlmaSport TV channel Distribution Agreement with Saran Media International Limited was approved".
