OREANDA-NEWS. With winter coming to most of Russia, UTair reminds passengers about its year around allowance for complimentary transport of ski and snowboarding equipment.

On all the scheduled UTair flights passengers can carry one set of sporting winter equipment, including skis, boots, a helmet and poles or a snowboard, boots and a helmet, free of charge in addition luggage and carry-on allowances included with the purchase of airfare.

“Considering the growing interest in active leisure and winter sports among Russian citizens, we have decided to introduce a year round free allowance for the transport of personal sports equipment on all of our scheduled operations,” said President of UTair Passenger Airlines Alexey Budnik. “In the winter season this offer will be especially in demand on the routes from Moscow to Vladikavkaz, Krasnoyarsk, Magnitogorsk, Mineralnyee Vody, Murmansk, Nalchik, Nizhnekamsk, Saint Petersburg, Sochi, Ufa and Chelyabinsk.”
