OREANDA-NEWS. Mats Backman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, CFO, for Sandvik has decided to leave Sandvik to assume the equivalent position as CFO for the automotive safety supplier Autoliv. He assumes the position no later than 1 June 2016. The process to find a successor has been initiated.

- I’m grateful for Mats Backman’s contributions and the role that he has played as a key member in the Group Executive Management. Mats Backman has worked in Sandvik since 2007.
