In November, 8 companies raised prices for cars
Eight companies raised the price of one or several models. Someone changed the price tags of almost the whole lineup, represented in Russia - as it did Jaguar (price of XJ sedan increased by 4.6-5.0%, sedan XE - by 5.0%, coupe and convertible F-Type - by 4.2-5.0% and price of sedan XF rose for some trim levels).
Changes have affected only one model at other brands: so, Fiat raised the price just for a van Ducato with minimal equipment - by 2.6%.
Audi has revised prices upwards as for some models, so for a series of complete sets. The price of Q3 in complete set Sport grew by 3,4-4,1%, and in some trim levels of A6 sedan it increased by 6,6-9,4%.
Four companies (Geely, Lifan, Mercedes-Benz, and Toyota) reduced the prices for the some configurations of several models. Toyota made cheaper Land Cruiser 200 SUV new with equipment "Safety Lux 7 seats" with a diesel engine by 0.2%. Reduced price of crossover Lifan X60 in configuration Base was greater (by 6.2%).
The number of companies (Infiniti, Peugeot, Porsche, Mitsubishi, and AVTOVAZ) had opposite changes in prices. Thus, Mitsubishi has raised the price of SUV Pajero Sport by 1.5-1.7%, crossover Outlander of 2015 model year by 1.1-1.7%, a pickup L200 new by 1.5-2.6%, but SUV Pajero has become cheaper.
As for AvtoVAZ - the automaker has raised the overall price of Kalina family (except for a few configurations), at the same time it became cheaper cars with AMT.
According to the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT", in addition to the increase / decrease in prices in November 29th automakers offered special prices for one or more models.
"The price background of the Russian auto market in November on a global scale has not changed significantly, and it means that companies that changed their prices - did it in working order, according to the calculations of specialists of marketing", - says the head of analysts department of "AUTOSTAT", Andrew Toptun .
