OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2015. By its order No. OD-3224 Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to Insurance Company Loyd-Polis, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3619, location: 57 Gilyarovskogo Street, Bldg. 1, Moscow, 129110, TIN 7713303530, PSRN 1027700064226, hereinafter, the Company) from 18 November 2015.

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2692, dated 7 October 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Alexandre Kublikov — a receiver (mailing address: P.O. Box 51, Moscow, 107014), a member of the non-profit partnership Association of Receivers Vozrozhdenie (address: 20 Sadovo-Spasskaya Street, Bldg. 1, Moscow, 107078) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the Company.
