OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank has opened a 2.8-year line of credit worth RUB 672 for Voronezh-based company ZHBI2-Invest. The financing will be used to construct a block of flats with non-residential areas and an underground car park.

"Sberbank supported the company by providing the necessary level of financing," commented Andrey Sokolov, Head of Large and Medium Business Development at Sberbank. "Thanks to Sberbank the company was able to stick to its construction schedule and continue carrying out this important project while retaining jobs and highly qualified employees."

ZHBI2-Invest LLC was founded in 2004. Its core area of business is construction of buildings and other structures.
