OREANDA-NEWS. Experts of the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted the study of the structure of the market of new passenger cars in Russia for 10 months of 2015. In terms of falling market Korean brands managed to increase the share most of all (+4.4 percentage points (hereinafter - pp) in the January-October of the previous year). In the second place – there are Russian brands (+1,5 pp).

Cars from the Czech Republic preserved almost completely the share in the Russian market, which are presented by one brand Skoda (-0,1).

Japan has reduced the share in the Russian market by 0.5 percentage points (from the market share of 22.5% a year ago), and Germany by 0.7 percentage points (from 14.0%). Chinese cars are following (-1.0 percentage points) and then cars of French brands, whose share has declined for the year by 1.1 percentage points (from 9.6%).

The greatest fall is observed in the share of vehicles from the US - by 2.1 percentage points. At the end of 10 months of last year, American cars occupied 8% of the Russian market.

Experts noted that the share of Russian cars for the year grew from 17.8% to 19.3%. Therewith, LADA brand increased its share by 0.9 percentage points, UAZ - by 0.6 percentage points.

According to the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT", for January-October of 2015, in Russia it was sold 1 236,4 thousand passenger cars.
