The move adds further organizational clarity to Jacobs’ recent broader corporate reorganization. The new Field Services business unit is organized to work seamlessly across Jacobs’ lines of business and align with a diverse customer base. In addition to a continued commitment to safety, the business unit adds flexibility to Jacobs’ ability to access and mobilize a greater depth of field services expertise to meet client needs; strengthen knowledge sharing of best practices of our means, methods and work processes and innovation; and enhance capability in offering clients cost-effective construction, sustaining services, operations and maintenance services. Together these improved capabilities enable Jacobs to offer clients deeper industry insights and additional value.
Jacobs’ field services capability includes proven experience in the following areas:
- Sustaining services – plant operations & maintenance, and small-cap construction
- Stand-alone construction and construction management
- Ongoing EPC & EPCM project support to our clients’ projects
