OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has withdrawn Kazakhstan-based SC Condensate's ratings. A full list of rating actions is at the end of this commentary.

Fitch has withdrawn Condensate's ratings without affirmation as the agency no longer has sufficient information to maintain the ratings as Condensate has chosen to stop participating in the rating process. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for Condensate.

Condensate is an oil refining company with small, but growing, production scale based in North West Kazakhstan. At end-2014, Condensate's funds from operations (FFO) adjusted gross leverage was zero.
