OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2015. Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to resume the issue, to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Machinery and Industrial Group Concern Tractor Plants (Chuvash Republic) placed through private subscription, to assign the state registration number 1-01-20784-Р-001D to the additional securities issue;

to resume the issue, to register an issue and prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company DOK-15 (the Moscow Region) placed through public subscription, to assign the state registration number 4-01-36489-R to the securities issue;

to register an additional issue and prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based public joint-stock company Europlan placed through public subscription, to assign the state registration number 1-02-56453-Р to the additional securities issue;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Uralkali-Technology (the Perm Territory) placed through private subscription, to assign the state registration number 1-01-52793-К-002D to the additional securities issue;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company State Research and Production Enterprise Region placed through private subscription, to assign the state registration number 1-01-10825-А-006D to the additional securities issue;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Central Design Bureau of Automatics (the Omsk Region) placed through private subscription, to assign the state registration number 1-01-1-02-12656-F-004D to the additional securities issue;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Russian Helicopters placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-12310-А-003D.
