OREANDA-NEWS. By its Order No. OD-3160, dated 12 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 12 November 2015 a provisional administration to the Insurance Company Grand, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 1240, location: 23/10 Petrovka Street, Moscow 107031; TIN 3666094215; PSRN 1033600041848) (hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company's insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2698, dated 7 October 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Pavel S. Zamalayev (mailing address: P.O.Box 3, 47 Arbat Street, Moscow 119002), member of the partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers of the Central Federal District (3 Ostapovsky Proezd, bldg. 6, offices 201 & 208, Moscow 109316), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
