Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press-release stating that "the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan brought the Bank to administrative responsibility under part 2 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code and imposed an administrative sanction in form of a penalty in accordance with the Resolution on imposing administrative sanction under the case of an administrative violation of November 17, 2015".
