KazMunaiGas Exploration Production JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "the rating agency Standard & Poor's affirmed the long-term credit rating of the Company at "BB+" with an outlook "negative".
