OREANDA-NEWS. Oleg Petrov was appointed as director of ALROSA’s United selling organization (USO), starting from 16 November.

Oleg Petrov joined ALROSA in September as adviser of the company’s president. Formerly he held a position of sales and marketing director at PJSC Uralkali, being in charge of commercial activities such as sales and export in Russian Federation, logistics and financing.

Oleg Petrov was born in 1963, graduated from Moscow Military Command Academy (Military Institute) and Moscow Academy of Economics and Law.

USO is the division of ALROSA responsible for sorting, valuation, pre-sale preparation and sale of diamonds.
