Bank Kassa Nova JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the Resolution of State Architectural and Construction Control Division of Aktobe region of November 6, 2015 the Bank was brought to administrative responsibility for "An administrative offense expressed in the commission of acts referred to in Article 323 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences".
