Nissan Stadium gets a new marquis sign
Some quick facts on the new Nissan marquee:
- It is one of the largest stadium signs in the world weighing approximately 35 tons.
- The giant letters in “NISSAN” are 15 feet tall; the “STADIUM” letters are 7.5 feet tall.
- The sign has the unique capability to support various community programs and national holidays by changing the color of the word “Stadium.” (Example: green lighting for St. Patrick’s Day, pink lighting for Breast Cancer Awareness games, camouflage design for Salute to Service events, etc.).
- The sign is consistent with Nissan’s commitment to sustainability with letters that feature energy-efficient LED lights.
- The sign was designed and fabricated in Tennessee by Brand Imaging Group and A-1 Signs.
- An identical sign will be placed on the west side of Nissan Stadium in the coming weeks along with additional Nissan activation on the stadium campus.
