The enhanced integration will provide Bond Adapt with an enhanced experience and powerful recruitment functionality. In addition, the integration enables recruiters to continue to access features through one system, eliminating the need to use multiple browsers or invest time and effort when adding in contacts - providing a seamless and efficient experience for the user.

·  LinkedIn Cross System Awareness integration: Seamless integration with Bond Adapt enables recruiters to view and action LinkedIn member profile information without leaving the Bond Adapt system, leading to incremental time-savings: 

-    Effective select and match - recruiters can run searches in Adapt and confirm the candidate matches their LinkedIn profile.

-     Avoidance of duplicates - run searches in LinkedIn to confirm if a candidate record exists in the Bond Adapt system.

-     Smart updates - batch profile upload functionality works through existing Adapt candidate database and automatically ties Adapt candidate records to LinkedIn profiles. This process can be run overnight for maximum time and cost saving.

-     Full note history - attach notes you have made on LinkedIn member profiles (with LinkedIn Recruiting products) to the relevant candidate records in your Bond Adapt database.

·  LinkedIn Recruiter InMail integration: Enhance the power of LinkedIn Recruiter InMail by attaching InMail messages you have received to the relevant candidate records in your Adapt database. Quickly create new Adapt candidate records from LinkedIn member InMail responses and effectively build your talent pool.

-  Emails sent and received via LinkedIn Recruiter are easily associated with the appropriate candidate records in Adapt

-  Use LinkedIn profile stub information to create new candidate records in Adapt

·    AdaptCentral: Candidates applying for a job listing are directed to AdaptCentral, an online portal provided by Bond. Candidates can find further information on the job role, upload CVs, apply with basic information or their LinkedIn profile. Recruiters can manage job applications via Adapt, importing only the records required.
