3M Announces New Leadership Appointment
“Kim is a highly accomplished and respected leader with a proven track record of success across multiple functions at 3M, as well as in our communities. Kim’s highly engaging leadership style, combined with her strong personal and professional reputation, make her ideal for this important role,” said Inge Thulin, 3M chairman, president and chief executive officer.
Kim joined 3M as an attorney in 1986 and subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility before being appointed vice president, 3Mgives.
Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in government/sociology from Bowdoin College, a doctorate of law degree from Columbia University, and a master’s degree in public affairs from Princeton University.
