OREANDA-NEWS. The results of the annual contest "Maintenance of the aesthetic condition of the properly developed springs and water quality improvement" were summed up at PJSC TATNEFT.

This review contest has been held since 1995 and it is one of the most picturesque and original environmental contests. The contest provides for evaluation of the information on the stated springs, as well as the ecological state of water sources. At the moment, in addition to the structural divisions and subsidiaries of TATNEFT there  are also   service companies of the Republic participating in the review contest.

By the results of the   contest the first place among the structural divisions of the first group was awarded to the springs developed by NGDU "Jalilneft", the second was NGDU “Almetyevneft”  and NGDU «Leninogorskneft” ranked number three, while NGDU "Bavlyneft” was in the fourth place. 

Among the enterprises of the second group the first place went to OOO "TagraS Remservis", the second place to OOO "TagraS-Energoservice", the third to the Company "TagraS-TransServis".

In the third group the winner was OOO “UPTZH for PPD” and ООО "Tatburneft" Management Company ranked the second.

There are lots of things being done at PJSC TATNEFT for   improving the environmental situation of the region. This work yields tangible results, first and foremost, in the conservation of water resources. The targeted geological and technical activities carried out by the oilmen in the areas of TATNEFT Company’s activities contribute to prevention of drinking water sources pollution. PJSC TATNEFT has developed and implemented a monitoring system for operational monitoring of surface water and groundwater in the territory of the Company’s activities. The water quality is systematically monitored and analyzed in the laboratory.

At present time the oilmen keep and maintain totally more than 300 springs. In 2015 NGDU “Yamashneft” conditioned a new spring of Saint. Nicholas, Archbishop of Myra in Lycia.
