Aon plc (NYSE:AON) today announced that Aon Risk Solutions - Asia, its global risk management business, has been named Broker of the Year, and Aon Benfield - Asia, its reinsurance intermediary and full-service capital advisory business, has been named Reinsurance Broker of the Year at the 19th Asia Insurance Industry Awards held this week in Singapore.

The Asia Insurance Industry Awards recognise excellence in the insurance sector, acknowledging the people and firms that go above and beyond to make a difference for clients. Aon was commended for its in-depth knowledge of the market, responsiveness to client needs, innovation in data and analytics, and commitment to professionalism and transparency.
