BMO Encourages Canadians to #TakePause from Social Media on Remembrance Day
"Remembrance Day is about taking pause to remember those selfless men and women who've put their lives on the line for our freedom," said Hugh McKee, Vice-President, Personal Customer Segment Management, Canadian Personal & Commercial Banking, BMO Financial Group. "Wherever you happen to be on November 11 at 11 a.m, we're encouraging you to participate in a moment of social silence to honour these brave men and women."
As part of the #TakePause campaign, BMO will also give \\$50,000 to the Royal Canadian Legion Dominion Command Poppy Trust Fund on behalf of all those who participate in the moment of social silence.
