OREANDA-NEWS. JSC ARKTIKGAZ, under the joint and equal control of NOVATEK and Gazprom Neft, holds E&P licences for the Samburgskoye field, and for geological prospecting and production at the Evo-Yakhinskoye, Yaro-Yakhinskoye and Severo-Chaselskoye blocks. As at 31 December 2014, proven reserves held by ARKTIKGAZ totalled 695 billion cubic metres of gas and 127 million tonnes of liquid hydrocarbons.

The first phase of development at the Samburgskoye field (part of the Samburgskiy licence block) was brought into production in April 2012, the second in December 2012, and the third in September 2014. Total capacity at the field is estimated at seven billion cubic metres of natural gas, and 0.9 million tonnes of condensate per year.

The first phase of development at the Urengoyskoye field (part of the Samburgskiy licence block) was brought into production in April 2014, and the second in December of that year, with the field going into full production in March 2015. Full capacity of the field facilities totals approximately 13 billion cubic metres of natural gas and 4.7 million tonnes of de-ethanized gas condensate per year.

The first phase of development at the Yaro-Yakhinskoye field was launched in early April 2015. By June 2015 the field had reached target production volumes of approximately 7.7 billion cubic metres of gas and 1.3 million tonnes of de-ethanized gas condensate per year.
