OREANDA-NEWS.  Insurance company "Amanat" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of having received a statement of claim:

"...1. The statement of claim submitted October 21, 2015 to Pavlodar city court from Danil Fakhretdinov, received by the Company on November 5, 2015 regarding litigating the insurer's decision to refuse an insurance payout to the amount of KZT653,941".
