OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2015. Management Board of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn AS decided to approve the additional admission application by AS Pro Kapital Grupp and to admit its 97,363 additional shares to trading in the Baltic Secondary List after the following conditions are met:
  • the share capital increase has been registered with Estonian Commercial Registry;
  • issued shares have been converted into main shares (ISIN: EE3100006040) in Estonian CSD;
  • after meeting the aforementioned conditions, the Company has submitted the respective report to the exchange.

The aforementioned conditions are met as of November 9, 2015. Proceeding from the above, the 97,363 additional shares of AS Pro Kapital Grupp will be admitted to trading in the Baltic Secondary List starting tomorrow, November 10, 2015. Thus, altogether 54,203,938 shares of AS Pro Kapital Grupp (ISIN: EE3100006040) will be traded under the trading code PKG1T as of tomorrow.
