Kazakh Republican Trading House "ZANGAR" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of its being drawn to administrative responsibility by a resolution of Almaty Statics department dated November 5, 2015 for "failure to provide primary data to respective government statistics authorities by the deadline according to form No. 1-PF for the 3rd quarter 2015 (p.1 of article 497 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code).
