Foodstuffs and beverage prices increased in the reporting period by 0,9%, alcohol drinks and tobacco prices - by 0,1%; that of public utility services - by 0,8%; in education sphere - by 0,5%; in the healthcare sphere - by 2%, in the sphere of hotel, cafe and restaurant services - by 2%. At the same time, transport prices dropped by 0,8%, in communication sphere - by 0,1%.

The inflation rate in Georgia made 5,8% in October 2015, as against October 2014. Prices for alcohol drinks and tobacco in the reporting period increased by 13,5%; foodstuffs and beverages - by 4,1%; service at hotels, cafes and restaurants - by 6,5%; in the healthcare sphere - by 11,1%; in the education sphere - by 4,3%; public utilities services - by 8,2%; in communications sphere - 0,5%. At the same time, prices in the transport sphere dropped by 1,1%.-0-
