OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has lowered its reliability rating on Energocapital Asset Management CJSC (ZAO UK 'Energocapital') to 'BB+' and placed the rating on its Watchlist with an indefinite outlook. The 'A-' reliability rating had been originally assigned on August 2, 2007, and subsequently annually affirmed.

The downgrade reflects the probability of realization of corporate management risks related to the changes in the structure of the Group, which have already made a significant impact on the current operations of the company and may further impede its performance up to a full stop of activity.

The indefinite outlook was assigned due to the impossibility to objectively evaluate the changes.

The assigned rating is under review since placement on the Watchlist with an indefinite outlook.
