OREANDA-NEWS. Experts of the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted an analysis of search queries in the "Yandex" for the last month (from September 25th to October 25th) and they found out that the new Russian car LADA Vesta became the leader, by surpassing all other models.

For the last month Lada Vesta was searched in Russian language 1.2 million times and in English transcription LADA Vesta was typed in the search engines even 175 thousand times. The total number of requests of this model was 1,363,901 times. Ford Focus was on the second place – 1 115 261 requests in "Yandex". The third position was occupied by Opel Astra (685,093 requests), and Korean model KIA Rio fell to the fourth place - 667 652 requests. The last line in the top-5 of models with a maximum number of requests in RuNet in October was occupied by Chevrolet Niva, which was searched 664,805 times.

According to the director of the agency "AUTOSTAT", Sergey Tselikov, such a high interest in the LADA Vesta, first of all, was due to the launch of the model into production (September 25th), and it is also associated with a small test drive of car by Russian President, Vladimir Putin, in Sochi (October 22nd) .

Top-20 of the most popular models of cars at the end of October will be published in the "INFOGRAPHICS" at the beginning of November.
