Insurance company Amanat receives statement of claim
OREANDA-NEWS. Insurance company "Amanat" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of having received a statement of claim:

The statement of claim submitted October 14, 2015 to Almaty Special inter- district economic court from Tourist company Colibri LLP and M-Lombard LLP received by the Company on October 26, 2015 regarding acknowledgement of insurance events, on acknowledging the Company refusal to make insurance payout as unlawful and recovery of insurance payout and expenses incurred to a total amount of KZT540,096.
