Energocapital Investment Company CJSC's Reliability Rating Lowered to ‘BB ’, Placed on Watchlist
OREANDA-NEWS. October 30, 2015. National Rating Agency has lowered its reliability rating on Energocapital Investment Company CJSC (ZAO IC ‘Energocapital’) to ‘BB+’ and placed the rating on its Watchlist with an indefinite outlook. The ‘A+’ reliability rating had been originally assigned on December 28, 2005, then raised to ‘AA-’ on December 26, 2007, and subsequently annually affirmed.
The downgrade reflects the probability of realization of corporate management risks related to the changes in the structure of the Group, which have already made a significant impact on the current operations of the company and may further impede its performance up to a full stop of activity.
The indefinite outlook was assigned due to the impossibility to objectively evaluate the changes.
The assigned rating is under review since placement on the Watchlist with an indefinite outlook.
