National Rating Agency has withdrawn its credit rating on Rambler Internet Holding LLC (OOO ‘Rambler Internet Holding’) due to the contract expiry and the company's decision to stop participating in the rating process. The Agency does not assign an exit rating and withdraws the rating without confirmation, due to the lack of information for the application of the methodology. The ‘A’ credit rating had been originally assigned on July 1, 2013, and subsequently affirmed in 2014.

Rambler Internet Holding LLC (Rambler&Co)'s main activities are related to the use of computers and information technology. Rambler&Co includes internet company ‘Rambler’, ‘Afisha’, ‘Lenta.ru’, ‘Gazeta.ru’, and ‘Chempionat.com’ medias, as well as Kanobu, LiveJournal.com, Quto, Redigo, Letidor, and other websites. The structure of the owners of the company is divided between the ultimate beneficiaries – ProfMedia and SUP Media – on a parity basis.

The Agency no longer carries out the rating monitoring due to the contract expiry. The Agency assumes that the company's financial position could have changed in the 1H of 2015, but is unable to assess these changes due to the company's failure to provide financial statements.
