OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2015. For the second time in a row, Bosch Car Services ranked first in the category “independent workshops” at the German Fairness Prize “Deutscher Fairness-Preis”. In 2015, the Deutsche Institute f?r Service-Qualit?t (German Institute of Service Quality) and the news channel n-tv awarded the prize for the second time ever. Once again they asked the consumers to evaluate the fairness of companies towards their customers. Therefore, the organizers collected and analyzed a total of approximately 45 000 customer opinions about more than 400 companies. At the “independent workshops” category, the customers asked considered Bosch Car Services to be particularly fair, reliable and transparent. Just as last year, they thus voted Bosch Car Service workshops their number one. As deputy for the Bosch Car Services, Heike Niehues, commercial director for Bosch workshop concepts, received the prize in Berlin in early October.

How fair, reliable and transparent are German companies?
In order to determine the fairest companies, the customers were asked questions such as: Does the company offer a fair price-performance ratio? Is there a transparent communication of product features, contractual services and prices? Can the customers trust the reliability of the products and services offered? Apart from brand-linked and independent automotive workshops, companies operating in different sectors – reaching from computer manufacturers and cruise operators to travel business, online shops and insurance companies – were analyzed as well. This year, the organizers evaluated companies operating in a total of 35 different sectors. “For us, the ‘Deutscher Fairness-Preis’ award, once again documenting the trust car drivers have in the work of Bosch Car Services, is both a duty and an incentive to continuously improve both the customer orientation and the service quality,” Niehues said at the award ceremony.
