OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2015. The Board of Directors of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX) today approved an increase in the fourth quarter 2015 dividend from \\$0.05 (5 cents) per share to \\$0.06 (6 cents) per share.
The fourth quarter dividend is payable on December 3, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 9, 2015.
