OREANDA-NEWS. ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press- release saying that "the Bank has developed an exclusive proposal on easy loans for individuals for purchase of apartments in residential estate "Green quarter" in Astana. Interest rate makes up only 7 % (effective annual interest rate from 7.48%)".
