OREANDA-NEWS. The Annual Report of IDGC of Centre, PJSC for 2014 is recognized as the winner of the XVIII Annual Contest of Annual Reports in the main nomination "Best Annual Report of the company with a market capitalization of up to 30 billion rubles". The organizers of the contest were the Moscow Stock Exchange and the media group RCB.

The jury of the annual reports contest included 16 experts, including representatives of consulting, rating, investment and management companies, information and communication agencies, the Bank of Russia, professional associations and community organizations. 149 companies submitted applications for participation in the XVIII Annual Contest of Annual Reports.

The jury’s selection is based on detailed analysis of reports using KPMG’s methodology on four conceptual blocks: the business model, strategy, objectives and prospects of development; risks and opportunities; corporate governance; performance.

The Contest of Annual Reports is one of the most important events of the year in the field of corporate governance and investor relations. The purpose of the contest is to maintain a high level of transparency of companies and to promote effective disclosure of information to investors and customers.
