OREANDA-NEWS. October 27, 2015. Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend an issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company DOK-15 (the Moscow Region) placed through public subscription,

to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based open joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund RGS placed through share allotment, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50177-A;

to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company ELVEES-NeoTek (the city of Moscow, Zelenograd) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-75601-Н-003D;

to suspend an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Arel (the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)) placed through share allotment, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50190-А;

to resume an issue, register a programme of non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company Water Supply Concession (the Volgograd Region) placed through public subscription, to assign state registration number 4-36487-R-001P to the securities programme;

to resume and register an issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Salekhardenergo (the Tyumen Region) placed through the acquisition of shares by a municipal unit during the transformation of a municipal enterprise into a joint-stock company (including that in the process of privatisation), to assign state registration number 1-01-50498-А to the securities issue;

to resume an issue and register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Khanty-Mansi Non-governmental Pension Fund (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Yugra) placed through share allotment, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-50191-А.

to resume an issue and register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Magnit (the Krasnodar Territory) placed through share allotment, the state registration number of the issue is 1-01-80178-N;

to resume an issue and register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Concern Avtomatika placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14983-А-002D;

to resume an issue, register the additional issue and prospectus of series 02 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Upravleniye Otkhodami placed through public subscription, to assign the state registration number 4-02-76600-Н to the additional issue;

to register an issue and prospectus of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the limited liability company Western Siberian Petrochemical Combine (the Tyumen Region) placed through private subscription, to assign the state registration number 4-01-36486-R to the securities issue;

to register a report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based insurance public joint-stock company RESO-Guarantee placed through converting into shares of the same category (type) with a greater par value, the state registration number of the securities issue is 1-02-00074-Z;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company EuroChem-North-West (the Leningrad Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-05463-D-001D;

to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Azovsky Optikomechanichesky Zavod placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-34274-Е-007D.
