OREANDA-NEWS. MegaFon won XVIII Annual Reports Contest, organized by the Moscow Stock Exchange and the “RTsB (Security market)” media group. In 2015, the contest was supported by JSC “Screen” and attracted 149 participants. Annual reports were evaluated in several nominations. Annual reports of 5 leading Russian telecom companies competed in telecommunication sector nomination. Panel of judges awarded the annual report of MegaFon for its high visibility and depth of information disclosure for investors and customers.

Annual Reports Contest, held by the Moscow Exchange is one of the major annual IR-events in Russia, aimed at the development of corporate culture. The contest is intended to form corporate standards for information disclosure on business and corporate strategy of a company for shareholders and to identify current trends and best in class practices in terms of improvement of the reporting transparency of public companies, the quality of disclosure and presentation of the information in annual reports, as well as new trends in design and graphic art of annual reports in Russia and abroad.
