OREANDA-NEWS. October 23, 2015. As part of the new vehicles’ launch program, Ford Argentina organized a Consumer Media Drive for journalists and editors of major lifestyle media. 41 guests attended the event, which consisted in a test drive from Buenos Aires to Carmelo (Uruguay), one of the most aspirational destinations in the neighboring country.

The group stayed at the exclusive facilities of Carmelo Hyatt Resort, where they shared two days filled with activities to learn about the equipment of two global platforms: the New Focus and the New Mondeo. In the hotel facilities, devices were set up to test the key main technological features: the Active City Stop and the Parallel and Perpendicular Parking .

Additionally, the radio program of tier 1 Radio Metro station, was live broadcasted during 4 hours in two different days from the hotel, including mentions of Ford, event coverage, interviews to company executives and guests. During the Consumer Media Drive, the three leading lifestyle and fashion magazines carried out photo shoots: the internationally recognized Harper's Bazaar, HOLA Argentina (sales leader) and GENTE. Moreover, the event was covered by more than 7 TV channels and leaders of the digital environment.
