National Rating Agency has withdrawn its credit rating on Omsk Regional Mortgage Corporation OJSC (OAO 'Omsk Regional Mortgage Corporation') due to the contract expiry and the company's decision to stop participating in the rating process. The company has been assigned an exit rating of 'A+'. The 'A+' reliability rating had been originally assigned on October 20, 2011, and subsequently annually affirmed.

Omsk Regional Mortgage Corporation OJSC (ORMC) was founded in February 2001. The company's main shareholder is the Government of Omsk Oblast, represented by the Omsk Oblast Ministry of Property Relations. ORMC is accredited by Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending OJSC as a regional operator.
