OREANDA-NEWS. TPS philosophy (“Toyota Production System”) including Kaizen principles are very popular among the world companies, those who strive for becoming the leaders of markets. One of the main principles of Japan philosophy – lean production as well as other principles became the leading methods and means in the activity of "Modern-Expo" company. "Modern-Expo" not only follows these principles but also shares its own experience with partners.

On October, 16 "Modern-Expo" company had a meeting with the representatives of M&S group of companies that is also a member of Kaizen club in Ukraine. Last one provides a full range of logistic service, offers individual and optimal solutions to its clients and follows the principles of quality and operational efficiency in its activity.

During this meeting, the main engineer at "Modern-Expo", Bogdan Mazurkevych, spoke about the core principles of Japan philosophy and about those points that were successfully implemented in the company and focused on the systems that were to be improved in future.

To see the large-scale production and results of Kaizen principles implementation, guests were offered to visit the company’s biggest factory (Lutsk, 65,000 sq.m.).

International holding Modern-Expo is an active participant of different events and conferences, moreover, it comes forward as the initiator of such conferences. “Modern Lean Production” was one of such events, where "Modern-Expo" shared its experience in lean production with its partners.
