ATF Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of being brought by the Resolution of the Specialized Inter District Administrative Court of Almaty on October 14, 2015 to the administrative responsibility for "administrative offenses expressed in commission of acts referred to part four of Article 217 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses".
