ATF Bank announces complete payment of penalties for late payment of tenth coupon on bonds KZ2C0Y23B676 of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)
OREANDA-NEWS. ATF Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), being the representative of holders of infrastructure bonds KZ2C0Y23B676 (KZ2C00000701, KASE official list, "buffer category", DTJLb1) of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk), has by an official letter informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of the following:

... on the basis of the Agreement No.2 of July 20, 2005 on representation of interests of the bondholders concluded between the Bank and Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) JSC (hereinafter – the Issuer), on October 14, 2015, the Issuer through the Bank (paying agent) paid the penalty for the period from August 15, 2015 to October 12, 2015 on the tenth coupon interest on bonds (NIN KZ2C0Y23B676) in the amount of KZT2,338,507.37.
As of October 15, 2015, the Issuer has fully repaid the obligation on the tenth coupon interest.
