Bank of Astana JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on October 15, 2015 on an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders a decision was taken to appoint Makhambet Khasenov a member of the bank's Board of Directors.
