OREANDA-NEWS. Modern Nomads Entertainment JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on November 17, 2015 at 10:00 am it will start the extraordinary general shareholders meeting.

The only item on the Agenda concerns changes in composition of the Board of Directors of the Company.

The mentioned meeting will be held at 5 Al-Farabi Ave., Almaty, office 1А-403. Participants of the meeting will be registered from 09:30 am.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the mentioned meeting was drawn up as of October 16, 2015.

In case of quorum absence a repeated company shareholders meeting will be held on November 19, 2015 at the same time and at the above-mentioned address.
