OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2015. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, 100% owned subsidiary part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and EKEREPOL, part of EKE Invest AS group, have signed a contract to perform the construction works of an office building, located at Mustam?e tee 3 ja 3A, Tallinn, Estonia. The anchor tenant of the 14-storey office building will be AS Eesti Telekom.

The total gross area of the office building and the parking house is approximately 16,000 m2. The value of the contract is about 10.6 million euros, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to complete by the end of 2016.
