to recognise invalid the following issues of series БО-03, БО-04, БО-07, БО-08, БО-09, БО-10, БО-11, БО-12, БО-13, БО-14, БО-16, БО-17 and БО-19 non-convertible interest bearing certified exchange-traded bearer bonds of the public joint-stock company Enel Russia (the Sverdlovsk Region) with identification numbers 4В02-03-50077-А, 4В02-04-50077-А от 18.07.2008, 4В02-07-50077-А, 4В02-08-50077-А, 4В02-09-50077-А, 4В02-10-50077-А, 4В02-11-50077-А, 4В02-12-50077-А, 4В02-13-50077-А, 4В02-14-50077-А, 4В02-16-50077-А, 4В02-17-50077-А and 4В02-19-50077-А of 30 December 2009;

to suspend the issue of class Б2/3 non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Multioriginatorny Ipotechny Agent 1 (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-06-82069-H;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Mosenergo OPS (the city of Moscow) placed through acquisition of shares by the established Non-governmental pension fund of the open joint-stock company of power engineering and electrification Mosenergo, to assign state registration number 1-01-50504-A to the issue of securities;

to register the report on the results of the issue of series 06 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of SUEK-Finance, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), placed through public subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-06-36393-R; to recognise the issue invalid due to the non-placement of any security and to cancel its state registration;

to register the report on the results of the issue of class A/3 non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Multioriginatorny Ipotechny Agent 1 (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 4-08-82069-H;

to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Europlan (the city of Moscow) placed through conversion at shares splitting, state registration number of the issue is 1-02-56453-P;

to register reports on the results of the issue of class Б1/3 and class Б3/3 non-convertible interest bearing certified mortgage-backed housing bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Multioriginatorny Ipotechny Agent 1 (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration numbers of the issues are 4-05-82069-H and 4-07-82069-H;

to register the report on the results of the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Insurance Group MSK (the city of Moscow) placed through conversion of shares into shares of the same category with lower par value, state registration number of the issue is 1-04-46002-Z;

to register amendments and addenda to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Mosvodokanal (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55517-E-002D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Russian Railways (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-65045-D-015D.
