OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe Holding has registered its trademark in the Latin and Cyrillic alphabets for 7 classes of the International Classification of Goods and Services in the Republic of Ghana.

In Ghana, the Holding has obtained unique rights to use the trademark at the manufacture and sales of optical, light engineering, geodesic and medical devices.

Besides, Shvabe can also render engineering consulting, marketing and maintenance services in this country. The cooperation is carried out within the framework of Holding's implementation of the integrated program for expansion product sales markets and promotion of innovative developments.

"Ghana is a new market for the Holding. Our marketing survey has shown that the most prospective direction for cooperation here will be neonatal products. I am sure that Shvabe's high technology products will help physicians from Ghana's obstetrics institutions to save a great deal of child's lives", told Anatoliy Sludnykh, Shvabe JSC's deputy general director for sales, foreign economic activity and marketing.

The penetration into the country's market will significantly expand mutual cooperation with all African countries at once with respect to several directions of activity. The registration of trademark on the whole territory of the state will provide the Holding with reliable intellectual protection of the brand.
