OREANDA-NEWS. Consistent with the requirements of current Russian legislation, Gazprom Neft has now completed the process of transforming its organisational and legal structure from that of an “Open Joint Stock” company to become a “Public Joint Stock Company” (PJSC).

This change in the company’s organisational and legal structure is detailed in a new edition of the Company Charter, adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Gazprom Neft Shareholders on 30 September 2015, and registered on 13 October 2015 pursuant to legislation currently in force.
