The six distinct facets of Aegis’ Diversity and Inclusion framework include Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), Gender Inclusivity, Inclusion of Socially and Economically Disadvantaged people, Culturally & Linguistically Diverse People, Mature Age People and Indigenous People.
Aegis currently employs over 562 differently-abled people which comprises of over 1.39% of its total workforce. Aegis maintains a healthy gender ratio of 66:34 and its presence in tier 3 and 4 cities provides opportunity to employ socio-economic and culturally diverse people. The company employs 1.52% of its global workforce as mature age people and 96-99% as local indigenous people.
